Presenter: Sharon Griffith, OTR: Biography:
Sharon went to occupational therapy school as an adult learner after several careers and has been an OT for 26 yrs. She has focused her career on the pediatric population with over 20 years of experience in the school system. Her passion is working with students that are having significant difficulty in school, including children with learning disabilities and autism.

Come join us during our quarterly meeting to learn about occupational therapy’s role within the school system.

After this presentation, participants will be able to:
1.    Participants will describe the expectations on OT practitioners working in the school system.
2.    Participants will list the recommended skills needed for working in the school system.
