About the Presentation: Join us for a dynamic resume' writing workshop hosted by TNOTA's Student Involvement Committee's co-chair, Taylor Kozell! This session is designed specifically for OT and OTA students to help you craft a standout resume' that highlights your skills and sets you apart. Whether you're preparing for fieldwork, job applications, or just want to polish your resume', this workshop will provide tips, strategies, and personalized advice. This virtual student chat will be on Tuesday 2/25 at 6pm CST7pm EST. Please join us!

 

Speaker: Dr. Taylor Kozell, OTD, OTR/L, CBIS, CNS, PAq is a neurologic occupational therapist with a special interest in aquatic therapy. Her clinical experience spans the lifespan, working with pediatric and adult populations in inpatient, outpatient, and community-based settings. She is currently an Assistant Professor of Practice and Academic Fieldwork Coordinator at the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga’s Doctor of Occupational Therapy Program, and is an Aquatic Therapy course instructor for Aquatic Therapy University. She is also involved in TNOTA as the co-chair of the TNOTA Student Involvement Committee and has recently established an Aquatic Therapy Community of Practice that will begin meeting in the new year. In addition, Dr. Kozell runs a private practice specializing in concierge neurologic and aquatic therapy for people in the greater Chattanooga area.

Dr. Kozell is also active on social media as @KeepingItKozey, where she shares insights, resources, occupational balance and evidence-based practice tips with the digital community. In her free time, she enjoys hiking and rock climbing with her husband and their fur-child, Moose, baking, taking care of plants, and traveling.
