Speaker: Chuck Willmarth, CAE, Ex Officio AOTA is Vice President for Health Policy and State Affairs at the American Occupational Therapy Association. He has over 30 years of experience managing state legislative and regulatory issues including more than 25 years with AOTA. He holds a Certified Association Executive (CAE) credential from the American Society of Association Executives.

Learning Objectives:

Following this course, participants will be able to:
  1. Learn about the benefits of the OT licensure compact and how to participate in the OT Compact
  2. Understand the current operations of the OT Compact and the timeline for privilege applications
Course Description: The OT Compact Commission has 30+ states that have joined and are working to operationalize. This presentation will explain the final steps the commission must take and what the application for Compact privileges will look like once open.
