More Than Supervision: Using Collaboration to Grow an OT/O TA Partnership
The relationship between OTs and OTAs can be one of the distinct values of occupational therapy as it can enrich the OT process as the two work together to achieve the best outcomes for clients. Yet as OT practitioners juggle so many demands it may seem daunting to just fulfill the requirements of supervision not to mention working to nurture the relationship. This presentation will grow your knowledge of what collab oration looks like as well as have you consider how to use skills you are a lready familiar with as an OT practitioner to strengthen your OTA/OT collab orative relationships.
