2024 TNOTF Excellent Educator Nominations

The 2024 TNOTF Scholarship Applications and Excellent Education Nominations are open June 1-August 1, 2024. Please complete the applications here and email [email protected] with any questions. Scholarship winner(s) will be formally recognized at the TNOTA Annual Conference. Applicants must:

Be current members of TNOTA
Be currently enrolled in an entry level OTA or OT ACOTE accredited program located in Tennessee. Students in developing programs are ineligible.
Have completed at least 1 term of course work.
Must submit transcripts that include the cumulative grade point average (GPA) from the most recent semester/term the student has completed. Unofficial transcripts are acceptable.
Applications must include one professional reference sent directly from the sender’s email address to [email protected]
Your references should address your academic achievement, leadership skills and/or professional service.
References cannot be family members or immediate household/domestic partners.
